มะม่วง จริง ๆนะ ขอบอก

ช่วงนี้ เป็นปกติของทุกปี ที่จะมีผลไม้หลายชนิด ออกมาให้ได้ชิม กันหลายชนิด ที่สวนของเราก็เช่นกัน มีผลไม้หลายชนิดออกมาอวดโฉมให้ได้เห็น ได้ลิ้มรสกัน โดยเฉพาะ "มะม่วง"

ที่สวนมีมะม่วงอยู่หลายสายพันธุ์  ซึ่งต้องบอกว่า คนปลูกเองก็จำไม่ได้แล้วว่า มีพันธุ์อะไรมั่ง   รู้แต่ว่า เวลามีลูกออกมา ก็เก็บกิน ก็แค่นั้น

มะม่วงทั้งหมด ปลูกไว้หลายปีแล้ว  แต่เป็นการปลูกแบบให้เทวดาเลี้ยง  ปล่อยให้โตเองตามธรรมชาติ ไม่ค่อยจะได้น้ำ ได้ปุ๋ย หรือการตัดแต่ง จากคนปลูกแต่ประการใด  ไม่แน่ว่า มันอาจจะ มีเท้าเดินไปกินน้ำเองก็ได้ ฮา ๆ เลยมีชิวิตรอดจนออกลูกให้คนปลูกได้กินจนได้ 

ปีนี้ก็เช่นกัน มีลูกมีผลออกมาให้ได้ชม ได้ชิม กัน หลายต้นเลยทีเดียว   บางต้น ออกลูกเป็นครั้งแรก ให้เชยชม

ปกติมะม่วงสายพันธุ์ไทย จะมีผิวเป็นสีเขียวเมื่อเริ่ม สุกจะมีสีเหลืองเขียว จนเหลืองทอง   แต่ปีนี้ได้มะม่วงสายพันธุ์ไต้หวัน ซึ่งมักมี ผิวสีออกม่วง หรือแดง มากกว่า สีเหลือง  รสชาดของไต้หวัน ส่วนมากจะเปรี้ยว แต่จะหวาน เมื่อสุกเต็มที่ เนื้อมีเสี้ยน มีกลิ่นแตกต่างจากสายพันธุ์ไทย

 

Recently, it has been a normal occurrence every year to have various types of fruits for people to taste, and our garden is no exception. We have many kinds of fruits on display for people to see and savor, especially the "mango."

Our garden has several varieties of mangoes, but we can't remember what types they are because we just pick and eat them whenever they bear fruit.

All the mango trees have been growing for years without any human intervention, relying solely on nature without much watering, fertilization, or pruning. It's uncertain whether they might have gone to the river and drank water by themselves, but they've managed to survive and bear fruits for people to eat.

This year is no different, and many trees bear fruit for people to see and taste. Some of them even bear fruit for the first time, which is remarkable.

Normally, Thai mangoes have green skin when they start to ripen and turn yellow-green, then yellow-gold when fully ripe. However, this year we have Taiwanese mangoes, which usually have purple or red skin, and they taste sour but become sweet when fully ripe. Their flesh is fibrous and has a different aroma than Thai mangoes.
